NEX TimeClock is intended for internal company use. This notice explains what data we collect and why.
What we collect
  • Time punches (clock-in / clock-out times)
  • Work location information (GPS coordinates and location verification status) when you punch
  • Selfie photos associated with punches (to help prevent time fraud)
  • Scheduling data (planned shifts, recurring schedules)
  • Requests you submit (time off, edits, event attendance)
  • Addresses you provide for event gas reimbursement requests (starting point and event location)
How we use it
  • To calculate time worked and support payroll reporting
  • To verify punch location requirements (where applicable)
  • To support manager review and approvals (time off, events, edits)
  • To support compliance, safety, and internal recordkeeping
Who can see it
Your managers and authorized administrators can view information needed to run the business (for example: punch records, requests, schedules, and write-ups).
Retention
We keep records for operational and compliance reasons. Write-ups are counted per calendar year and expire at the start of each new year (for example: January 1, 2027).
