What we collect
- Time punches (clock-in / clock-out times)
- Work location information (GPS coordinates and location verification status) when you punch
- Selfie photos associated with punches (to help prevent time fraud)
- Scheduling data (planned shifts, recurring schedules)
- Requests you submit (time off, edits, event attendance)
- Addresses you provide for event gas reimbursement requests (starting point and event location)
How we use it
- To calculate time worked and support payroll reporting
- To verify punch location requirements (where applicable)
- To support manager review and approvals (time off, events, edits)
- To support compliance, safety, and internal recordkeeping
Who can see it
Your managers and authorized administrators can view information needed to run the business (for example: punch records, requests, schedules, and write-ups).
Retention
We keep records for operational and compliance reasons. Write-ups are counted per calendar year and expire at the start of each new year (for example: January 1, 2027).
